4 drown in septic tank at QC mall � Nation � News | Philippine News | philstar.com: MANILA, Philippines - Four persons – including a man and his two sons – drowned after being trapped in a septic tank they had been cleaning at a mall in Quezon City before dawn yesterday.
The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) identified the victims as Tony Suarez, his sons Rodel and Rommel, and Marvin Almeda.
The victims were reportedly on a break from cleaning the septic tank at the Ali Mall when one of them fell in at around 3:20 a.m. The three others tried to rescue their co-worker, but the water level in the tank suddenly rose. The four workers drowned.
