Fire kills eight in Russia's western Siberia - Xinhua | English.news.cn: MOSCOW, Sept. 29 (Xinhua) -- A fire in an oil processing plant in Russia's Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area in western Siberia has killed at least eight people, the Emergency Situations Ministry said Saturday.
Eight other people injured in the accident have been hospitalized, the ministry's regional branch said.
