Algarve Resident - the REAL Algarve Resident - 1st for News, information and classifieds - Fire reduces Portim�o Retail Park stores to ashes: Acrid smoke filled the air in Portim�o harbouring the once busy Retail Park which now barely stands. Plumbs of smoke are still evident from the ashen remains of the shops.You cannot see from one end to car park to the other, as the smoke, mixed with the dampness in the air, makes it almost impossible to breathe in the area, let alone see.
