Study: Elevators neglected - Times Union: ALBANY — An audit by state Comptroller Tom DiNapoli blasted the state Office of General Service's oversight of elevator maintenance in the vast Empire State Plaza complex.The just-released study turned up instances in which repairs went uncompleted, maintenance appears to have been skipped and the state officials previously in charge weren't up to the job.
