Global Edmonton | Alberta sees four fatal workplace accidents in one week: �Since Monday, October 15th, at least four people have lost their lives in five different workplace accidents across our province. Four of those incidents have resulted in deaths. On Monday, October 15th, a 56-year-old worker was working on a scaffolding about 20 feet above the ground at a Hammers Construction Ltd.
