Charges expected over balcony collapse schoolgirls - General News - Austrian Times Online News - English Newspaper: An expert report has concluded that the balcony that collapsed in the middle of October that left four girls on a skiing trip from Germany hospitalised after they fell 20 foot to the ground had not been properly built.
Prosecutors are now investigating over possible charges of aggravated assault as a result of the negligence but say that the original constructor that put up the balcony had died 10 years ago.
