Worker pulped by giant mixing machine - General News - Austrian Times Online News - English Newspaper: An Austrian worker was ripped apart shortly before Christmas after he fell into a giant mixing machine during cleaning work.

The giant mixing machine was used to mash up tons of material at a time in order to make fireproof bricks. The 46-year-old worker had reportedly switched off the device before climbing into clean it but for some reason it had started up.

As a result his body was torn apart and mashed into an unrecognisable pulp, according to police who are investigating the accident together with health and safety experts.
