Green Hope LLC subject of permanent injuction after FDA inspection: Green Hope LLC, doing business as Rosewood Products, has agreed to a permanent injunction after US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) inspectors found food safety violations at its facility. The agency found a number of safety issues at the plant which raised the possibility of contamination of the company’s food products, according to the FDA.The consent decree of permanent injunction was entered by the US Department of Justice (DOJ).
