A NORTH West scaffolding firm is to be prosecuted following the death of an employee who fell through the roof of a Skelmersdale warehouse.S&S Scaffolding of Atherton will appear in court on Thursday in relation to the death of Anthony Causby, 42 from Leigh in December 2010.Mr Causby was helping to dismantle scaffolding at the Walker Snack Foods site on Pennine Way when he stepped onto a fragile skylight and fell 12 metres to the floor below.
